We are a young retired couple in our early 60's and would like to rent out to a single persone who has a day time job.
We will be renting out two of our bedrooms with private full bathroom. One room is larger then the other wihch has a wall to wall closet and it has a  brand new bedroom set, it is included in the rent if desired. The 2nd bedroom has closet but can be used as a Den. This part of the house is near the laundry room which leads to the kitchen which makes it  totally private to the future tenant . I have included pictures of the bathroom , laundry room and the kitchen.
Pets are OK such as small dogs, cats, birds if they get along with my small dog but no wild pets such as snakes, eguanas, rats and such.
We are doing a month to month lease to start hoping it will work out but we are very much interested in a long term. We have a Solar energy house. Utilities are included in the rent with basic Time Warner Cable & free Wi-Fi. 
We have a lovely home in a great neighborhood with a 180 degree view of the valley from the house. The View is of forest trees, flowers, sunsets and fireworks every 4th of July.
RENT IS $ 1,350.00 PER MONTH WHICH INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES AND BASIC CABLE.  MOVE IN REQUIREMENTS ARE 1ST MONTHS RENT PLUS SECURITY DEPOSIT OF LAST MONTHS RENT $ 1,350.00. This security deposit will be used for the  last months rent with a 30 day notice. The Last months rent that is being used as a security deposit, will be used for last months rent minus for any damages to the property.  Total move in is $ 2,700.00 cash or cashiers check due on the same day of moving in. AVAILABILE WITH IN TWO WEEKS  AFTER THE REQUEST TO RENT HAS BEEN DONE. 
We need to follow a procedure, We WILL TAKE APPLICATIONS. THEN A CREDIT CHECK WILL HAVE TO BE DONE FOR  $35.00 which is not refundable. Once credit approval comes in, we will be able to rent out our rooms.
